I love you, I love you, oh brother of mine

It is officially summer but the Vancouver weather is less than enthused about the turning of a season. So far it has been overcast all week and I'm finding it hard to get into the summer mood with all the clouds and gray skies. I have no problem however celebrating the warmer climate (or a lack of) by purchasing bucket loads of thrifted "summer essentials". Since I've been obsessed with old lady-lace things I've buying pretty much nothing but doilies lookin' shirts. Here's an outfit featuring my new fave lace shrug/vest thingy.
This outfit does not feature any doilies, but it reminds me of a time back in May when it was 30 degrees out...I want summer here NOW!
